Due to the threat of inclement weather, the 3rd Annual Red White & Blue Run to Remember 5K has been postponed until Saturday, May 30. The pre-race ceremony will begin at 8:00 am with the Color Guard and singing of the National Anthem. The race will start at 8:30 am. The race will be followed with a post-race celebration and awards ceremony in Denson Memorial Park.
Awards will be given for 1st-3rd overall male & female and 1st-3rd for male and female in the following age groups: 9-Under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
All registrants will receive a Run to Remember 5K t-shirt, timing chip and in honor or memory of bib.
We invite you to run or walk with your favorite doggie pal and bring a gift of dog food or treats which we will donate to the Colonial Capital Humane Society.
You can register online until NOON on Friday, May 29. Packet pickup and registration will be at the Athlete's Foot of New Bern in the WalMart Shopping Center on Friday, May 29 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. In addition, there will be packet pickup and race day registration at Denson Memorial Park on Saturday, May 30 from 7:00 am - 8:00 am.
